Hey guys. Is anyone following an 80% alkaline 20% acid diet? If so, its a bit confusing there's so many variations of whats considered alkaline or acidic. Would appreciate feedback please. Also, gees i dont mind not eating some things but i really would miss bread! Help what alternatives are there for no wheat white flour and yeast bread? I have one coffee with half tspn raw sugar and a dash low fat milk each morning, do i have 2 give it up ? ? !

I switched to this diet. I got my list from a reiki practioner and use tapes I buy from the drug store to measure where I am Ph wise. My best advice is start gradually. You can't change your diet abruptly and not stress the body out. Phase out the worst foods and add the best as you can tolerate. In a month or so you will have changed over enough to notice changes. You'll know if you are going to fast because your stomach will be off. Be sure to let the doctor know if your on meds, you may have to adjust these

What diet are you talking about?
Seems like you missed to read the whole five pages of the pdf above.
On page number 4 there are a lot of healthy information about what to eat and what not.
However the doctor of my little sister told her to avoid meat and to use margarine instead of butter.
So I am not sure which one is right.

I think I would like to try this diet. When I did the Atkins diet before, I did not miss bread at all. But isn't meat alkaline?

no..i am not following such kind of fluid intake..well i guess you can eat anything as long as it is moderately..as for your case maybe you can still eat those things but on a lesser quantity only..

why don't you stop drinking coffee if possible and add some fruits to your daily diet. It might be helpful for you. Of-course everyone must aim to eat 80% alkaline and 20% acid diet.
