Hi all, I was recently diagnosed with RA which sent my mind in a whirlwind of "what now" scenerios. I just turned 50 and I feel like I am falling apart.
I am extremely active in my life, gardening, work, grandson and so on, I have no idea whats ahead of me, nor do I know what really to do, I dont see my Dr again for 3 weeks, but in the meantime, I feel a little lost. This is why i joined, I dont want to be disabled, run down etc....
After my daily purge of exhaustion, when I relax in the evening the pain is unreal!! I feel fatigued, sick, and stiff as a board.
I do exercises, moderatley but it doesnt help much.
So my fellow RAs, here I am to lean on you. :(
