Can fish oil supplement really help relieve rheumatoid arthritis? Some people with RA use this product and they have reported that it has benefits. Has anyone tried this supplement?

My dad tried it before and it really worked. For him at least. It turns out it really has some medical benefits for those who have RA

I looked this up because I had never heard anything about fish oil and RA, but I found an interesting article where studies were done and it looks like it is very beneficial to relieving a lot of the symptoms:

yes it is the safest method. Omega3 is present in fish oil or that can be ingested via supplements which has shown some benefits.
