As for me, I just stay away from foods that could trigger my arthritis like peanuts, liver and beans. Specially canned foods and those sorts.

Cutting back on foods that may trigger the symptoms of RA would be helpful. You can always include fruits and vegetables in your diet as these may reduce some of RA symptoms. You can also write down everything you eat then see what food seems to trigger the symtoms or make them better. This will help you know which foods you should avoid.

That's great to know. Thanks for sharing that here. Ha ha. You know I find that it could also be helpful to drink tea regularly.

Yes. Drinking tea regularly can help prevent rheumatoid arthritis and it may also help ease the inflammation and pain of those already suffrering from the disease. You reduce the risk of having any disease by drinking tea everyday.

Hi there! Thanks for sharing this. You know, I don't know that canned foods could trigger our RA. I thought it was only because of the kinds of foods that we eat.
