Hello,

my name is Anne and I do not have RA.
Recently I was confronted with this diagnosis by my younger sister.

I would like to stay and learn more about RA.
Right now I am only knew my younger sister has it.
So there will be a lot I would like to ask you.

I started off the same way as you! My sister was diagnosed and was really depressed that no one understood what she was going through. When she had a flare, family members told her she needed to exercise more. When she was tired, people told her she needed to get more sleep or eat better. Finally, I decided to give her support and started reading up on everything about RA. A few years later I was diagnosed as well. I'm still learning as well, so hopefully we can all learn new things and lend support here :).

hi lousianne, how are you? how old is your sister? likewise here too..like to read some of the experiences here and possibly ask some questions on this kind of illness..
