Blue Ice?

People keep telling me to try Blue Ice for flare ups. It is supposed I guess to be similar to Ben-Gay but is geared towards people that has arthritis. I tried to look it up but couldn't find that many user reviews. Does anyone have any experience with this stuff?

Blue Ice definitely works for my muscle aches, but it does not do anything for my arthritis. Could they be talking about Blue Emu Oil?

Sorry, I'm not familiar with Blue Ice but speaking of arthritis and muscle aches, I remember hearing that there are specific conditions that shouldn't have heat applied to them, if I'm not mistaken.

Has anyone else heard that you shouldn't heat up an inflamed area?

I thought I'd mention this because I've also heard of people running hot water over affected areas. By the way, Ben Gay produces a heating sensation, doesn't it?
