One of the best providers of relief I've found so far is the ChiliPad (http://www.chilitechnology.com/), which is a mattress pad that cools (or heats) the bed, anywhere between 46 and 118 degrees. It really works, and it's nice to get a break from my hot, achy reality and lie down somewhere cool and dry whenever I want to. They make them for all sized beds. hope this helps someone!

I never heard about this in my place and even our doctor has not explained about this. My sister is having pain at shoulder and my wife is having paid at Shoulder as well as in her foot. Both are undergoing treatment for initial stage of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Is this for real?
