Chinese Medicinal Herbs

Is any one using chinese medicinal herbs? If you are please let me know how they are working. I heard about them a lot.

I too suggest to go for natural remedies like Ayurveda, herbal and fibre rich diets. This food items will not have any long time side effects. I am reading lot of people get developed of side effects of modern day medications. Is acupuncture helps you to relieve pain.

You are absolutely right about the eastern herbs. I think that they are the best remedies against the pains of the RA. But I'm not using the Accupuncture because it has some contraindications and my doctor doesn't recommend it to me.
