Doctor changed my meds and I have been getting this terrible acid reflux, i tried taking with food and that did not help. I tried taking a gas pill a few hours after eating and it helped somewhat, any advice?? I want to avoid antiacids because of the sodium content, anything else work well?

you can research for food items that are low in acidity, such as poultry, beef, eggs, milk, vegetables and baked goods. Its found that food items which have a pH of more than 4.6, avoid triggering acid reflux. So, check with your doctor or special nutritionist to check the food items and start taking them to rid of this ailment.

I know of people that do not have ra, but have had very good results with a product called goyin in cases of acid reflux. I take the goyin for mild ra pain.

Yes, I am absolutely positive that taking the goyin relieved my arthritis pain. I also have a friend that has MS and it helped to relieve her pain also.

I know someone who had this same problem and she read in a book to avoid all yeast and wheat products. She tried it and it helped her. If you like bread a lot this may be hard, but it also may help too. Good Luck!

I guess it's different for every individual persons but you need to see a nutrisionist for consultations.
