Does anyone tried Herbal Remedies?

I am trying to advice to go for some herbal remedy for my sister and wife, both affected by mild RA. Do anyone tried Herbal remedies like Boswellia, Cayenne (Capsaicin), Horsetail and etc. I would like to hear from everyone.

see the difference is I am clearly asking from someone who is taking herbal medicines regularly and to get their feedback. You mentioned a few herbal treatments in your tag but that doesn't mean no one else to take the lead again to generate a fresh conversation.
