I make it to visit to some holy place around the world once in a year. Last year, my family went to India. And visited the holy temple in Tirupathi, for Lord Venkateswara. Such a wonderful place in seven hills. Millions of devotees are thronging the temple everyday and no space to walk. Very powerful diety and I too last in the serenity of the temple and attracted towards the diety. May god bless all of us.

How lucky of you to visit all this places and I'm hoping to visit one of them but with our current economic crisis I think this would be achieved in a few years time.

I wish you personally to go and visit this place once in your life. I feel very much blessed after this trip and very good things are happening around me nowadays. I don't know how others may think or react to this. But, I am a proactive person and when I felt the positive vibrations after visiting this holy shrine of Lord Venkateswara, I want to share it with others. May God bless all of us.

I plan to visit Shirdi near Bombay in India soon. Every year I plan to visit the holy place but somehow miss the bus. I hope to make a visit to the shrine sometime this year of course with my family. Lord Venkateswara or Balaji is our family deity. He is the very incarnation of Lord Vishnu.

I was lucky to be in Lourdes some while ago, and found it to be a peaceful and warm town, totally devoted to the springs and the churches and the many invalids and ill folks who come there. Full of knick-knack shops selling "stuff", but not offensively so. I can imagine, though, that on big feast days, the whole city would be mobbed with pilgrims. It certainly had, oveall, a "holy" atmosphere.

After reading the posts in this thread, I have a feeling to visit even the Lord Venkateshwara temple built in New York. Have you visited that temple naturelover. They say that the temple is a replica of the one in Tirupati.
