Do any tried online medication - Modern or Herbal medicines?

I am looking for some medicines through herbal and as well as Ayurveda treatment for my wife's mild RA. She is having a occasional pain in her foot and shoulder. Does anyone tried in this front and got any sort of relief. Being a mild RA, I think I do not want put her in heavy medicine and get any side effects.
