Regarding the question about homemade remedies, I have the question about the apple vinegar. I had read the information that it helps a lot to reduce the pains during the Rheumatoid Arthritis. Is it a true information? Is it really helps?

Apple vinegar side effects may include stomach problems due to the high acid content. However, because apple cider vinegar has never been studied, it is not known what other side effects are possible. If you experience serious side effects of apple vinegar (such as severe throat pain, difficulty swallowing, or signs of an allergic reaction), you should notify your healthcare provider right away.

I've used apple cider vinegar for awhile. It's actually good for acid reflux and many other things. It really can't hurt and it's probably worth a try. I wouldn't expect it to work miracles though...

I tried ACV for a while- It didn't help with my pain, and it especially didn't help with the morning stiffness. It is apparently really good for your body though, so it might be something for you to try anyway!
