I am writing to this for my wife, who is having mild RA. She is having pains in her shoulder and foot. Now, this cold season has started to give her more pain and to overcome this, she started doing daily house core work on her own, starts doing some basic aerobic exercise and cycling. This two was never attempted by her before. How are you other RA's coping at your end?

My wife is doing that routine too and I think it's a bit helping her to shy away from thinking of this illness and I am also helping her to get through with it.

Thank you dude. I would like to know more from other fellow members. I am asking my wife to have a regular exercise regime.

Persons suffering from RA should not be too much reminded of their ailment instead the only way of acting smart is to do all by ourselves to them. This is the one way of showing our love to them. This is simply because they have shown the same to us!
