Check your kid?

Even though I am very much confident, RA is not hereditary, sometime gets confused because of diverse informations on this subject. But, still I want to know how far we can take steps to check whether our children are having any type of RA?

As for me, I have 3 kids and I guess if they are old enough they can try to have their check up by themselves though I know that 17 and above have a chance to attain this but it's slim.

It is advisible as you have suggested to undergo regular checks. Not only we the elders but children also are prone to RA. The link presented to us by one of our members shows a nice study of RA.
