Any one using glutamine? If so, does it help? have you noticed any side affects?

been using glucosamine and chondroitin for years, hasn't hurt, may or may not have helped (mostly for osteo, which I also have). Don't know about glutamine.

I've heard that L-glutamine helps keep your digestive system intact (physically), keeps your body strong, and helps reduce the effects of stress on the body (which causes flares). Though I have never proven this myself but these are only testimonials that I have read.
