Fellow RA's, I came across this term in RA - Rhuematoid pleuritis. It is defined has under Light microscopy shows that replacement of normal cells of lining of the pleura (mesothelial cells) by a layer of pseudostratified epithelioid cells, multinucleated giant macrophages, and necrotic material is called as Rheumatoid pleuritis.
Do anyone suffers from this type of RA?
