Move each joint to its range at least once in a day. But never overdo. Do not involve in any work that would strain your joints. This is because some of these joints are already inflammated. Move your body in such a way that it does not cause pain in the joints. You may identify your strongest joint. Put that joint to use more than the other joints.

I wonder what to do you mean to say, whether to move or not?

Majority of RA will suffer from pain in foot and you mean to say to walk other way. Without any hurt feelings, I think you just filled up the post.

Naturelover by the strongest joint I only referred to the joint where the pain is not felt frequently. I did not mean the joints in the foot. Your point is taken. People with pain in the foot should not walk for long distances.

It is still a nice idea there prasanth5, Any means of easing someones pain could help in any ways.
