Caution about Herbals

Here is a URL that lists some herbs to be very cautious with. Just an FYI. I have known some folks over the years who had very bad experiences with some of these herbs, so I"m unusually sensitive to these cautions.

Herbals is a very popular topic, and not enough people know about the potential hazards (just as we need to be up to date on the potential hazards of ALL the medications we take, OTC, natural, prescribed, etc.)

Thanks for the link Kageyd, I didn't know that Aloe is also very dangerous when you try to put it in your body. I guess this herbal is for external use only.
