A Riddle to just relax!!!

I hope member's will get relaxed with this riddles.


First Riddle:

Samuel was out for a walk when it started to rain. he did not have an umbrella and does not wear a hat. His clothes were soaked and yet not a single hair of him was wet. How could this happen?

second Riddle:

Forward and forward I go, never looking back. with me everyone follow with limit. Like river I flow and like an eagle, I fly. No limits. Guess, What I am?

1. He is bald.
2. I am Time

I am a robber. I reside in a small box. I am not visible but I tell you all the stories. Who am I? The answer is a telephone in the sense it gives news and it robs away time.

a car was driving at speed towards it
without its lights on
Just in time the car swerves
and misses the dog
