I've been going through a lot of the RA blogs out there, just to see what they're offering. I find that only a few are specifically helpful. Below is the URL from a pretty good site that talks about both the reality of fatigue in RA and its probable causes. Doesn't say how to solve the problem, though! It might be comforting to those of us who feel serious fatigue to understand that we have a lot of company.

And if anyone has discovered a particularly good RA blog site, let us know. I didn't learn much from the ones I surveyed. Kageyd

I really love reading the RA blogs and I actually had one for about week but I just am too busy to keep up with it. Most of the RA blogs are personal accounts into the people who are posting about their RA. They too experience the fatigue and pain and are just blogging about their own RA journey. They too struggle and while some of the blogs are very educational...most of them aren't blogging to educate the public...they are just wanting to connect to other people with RA. I dont know if there is a particular way to solve the problem of fatigue with RA. Some people on some forums post about how certain meds have helped their fatigue but many will end up changing meds cause the med stopped working as well. Yes, it is a frustrating disease! RA warrior, RA guy, Rheumablog and Living it Loving it are some of the blogs I read.
