Deona,
I am taking Chiroplexan by Pflueger usa. If you get on the website at pfluegerusa.com and read about it you might want to try it. I started taking it about 4 months ago. I noticed right away (within a weeks use) that my hands and wrists didn't hurt as much and then with continued use it seemed to help my lower back pain. My homeopathic dr. wanted me to try it for my fibromyalgia pain along with my RA. It maybe helps some but not like I would want. My brother has just back pain and I told him about it. He is trying it but has just started on it so don't know how he will respond. I hope this is useful information. Take care. Linda

I'm also experiencing back pains. My herbal remedy for back pain is ginger. My grandfather will slice it thinly, put some water and let it boil for 30 minutes. He lets me drink the mixture.

Try drinking lots of water on a regular basis as it will keep the discs in your back hydrated and healhty to help you avoid back problems.

I get terrible back pain, I went for yoga, it helped keep the muscles stretched out and the inflammation down. Cayenne and oatmeal will take inflammation right out of sore tissue. Take a nice oatmeal bath and keep warm. Dry heat helps. I have heard some like lavander oil, never worked for me but smelled real nice. Avoid caffein or anything that swells muscle tissue more.

Are you still using it until now? We're there any side effects?

Does it need any prescription from a doctor before you can buy it?

I've always experience severe pain after continous sitting infront of the computer. I'll think try yoga, I've always wanted to try it, but I haven't got much time.

do you try consulting a doctor for this back pain? it may causes a serious illness that you don't know off.. i guess liniments for pain would be good for that for temporary relief..
